Where do I need to enter my Password?
There are only two official places where you should EVER type your password:
- The Kung Fu Panda World game login screen
- Our Parent Panel login screen
Please keep your Kung Fu Panda World login information safe. Never share your password or your account name with others. The Kung Fu Panda World team will never ask you for your password.

All Kung Fu Panda World chat is filtered and monitored by our customer service teams 24/7. Chat settings can be changed at the Parent Panel. You can update your chat settings at any time.
How can I limit my child’s play time?
Our exclusive Parent Panel gives parents simple controls to set play-times. You can turn off the world at a certain time each day, or close out the world for a whole day. Simply create a Parent Panel tied to your child’s account.
What is the Parent Panel?
At our exclusive Parent Panel, parents can manage their child’s account, including play-time settings, chat settings, plus play custom games designed just for parents!
My account is banned or locked, what do I do?
If you are not able to access your account, please first try resetting your password. Accounts that have been suspended or banned by a moderator will receive a message about the suspension or banning.

Your account name and password are both case-sensitive. If you need to reset your password, you may do so through the login screen, and temporary password will be sent to the parent e-mail address on file for your account.

Getting Started
How do I travel from my room to another location in Kung Fu Panda World?
To enter the world from your characters room, you may use your map (on the upper left portion of the screen) or simply walk out your front door and walk to the location you wish to travel to.
How can I tell if your e-mails are legitimate?
There are a few things that can help you determine if an e-mail is legitimate.
E-mails will originate from @kungfupandaworld.com. Also, most e-mail programs will allow you to view an e-mail’s header. This will help you determine the true origin of the e-mail. We will never ask you for your account password. If you are asked for an account password, the email is not legitimate. Please keep your Kung Fu Panda World login information safe. Never share your password or your account name with others.

How do I keep my password and account safe?
Please do not share your account name and secret password with anyone except for your parents!
If another user asks you for your account name or secret password, please report them to our moderators. You can report another player in-game, or email support@kungfupandaworld.com.

What happens to my character when I log out?
Your character may not be used by any other player- it will be waiting for you when you log back in to continue your kung fu training.
How do I log out?
You do not need to log out of Kung Fu Panda World. Your progress is automatically saved. For safety and account security purposed, we highly recommend that you close your Internet browser at the end of each play session.
You will also be automatically logged out of your play session if you exit the world by returning to the Kung Fu Panda World homepage, or if you visit another webpage from your current browser.
Membership and Billing
